The name

On one hand, 4K stands for the four Kolbs: Peter, Birgit, Julia and Maximilian Kolb. The family who owns 4K and utilises its personality, hotel experience, heart and soul, and attention to detail to perfection.

On the other hand, 4K stands for

four terms as the basis for breezy, surprising feel-good moments that ensure a restful stay – as a promise to the guests and inspiration and motivation for our employees.
